Once awarded the Best Teacher Title at the Learning Vision Group, now a part of Busy Bees, Mrs Rajes joined Faith Educare Centre during her inception some 20 years ago. She never left Faith since. Single-minded in her pursuit, Mrs Rajes has earned herself many certifications; the Diploma in Early Childhood Studies, the Diploma in Leadership in Early Childhood & the Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Studies, just to name a few.
Ms Nahvinah has been in the early childhood industry for close to a decade. A firm believer in continual professional development, Ms Nahvinah underwent a 9 month diploma course to equip herself with skills in identifying and assessing children with specific learning differences. Having studied and worked overseas coupled with the experience of working at a local AOP centre had taught her how to cater to each child using an individualised plan through multisensory approaches. Today, Ms Nahvinah looks back with gratefulness on how her mentors have inspired and guided her to be the mentor she is today. A hot favourite amongst the colleagues and parents, Faith Educare Centre is pleased to have Ms Nahvinah as part of our Management Team.
A long time MMI Principal with many years of supervisory experience in the early childhood field, Ms Rai was talent scouted to join Faith Educare Centre as the Manager for our Edgefield Branch. Ms Rai graduated from the Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Studies.
When it comes to experience in the early childhood industry, no one could beat Mdm Soh. Mdm Soh has decades of experience teaching in preschools and primary schools, as well as years of experience leading the PCF centre. Joined Faith Educare Centre over 15 years ago as our Supervisor.
Ms Vanessa has spent almost a decade of experience teaching in both secondary and preschools. She is a strong believer that every child should have a wonderful childhood with proper care and guidance.
She believes as a teacher, she would not only be focused in the academic aspect but also in guiding the child to be independent and cultivating good habits and manners. Most importantly, an excellent education is not possible without the precious collaboration of children, parents and teachers.
